Kent Smith
C.E.O.& Director

Mr. Smith hails from a broad business background and over the last 25 years, has established a successful track record in senior operations and business development roles within the North American residential real estate market. As a consultant he has provided services, including, market valuation, planning, financing, permitting, syndication and development management to property owners, developer, banks and major corporations. These services have been provided for some of the largest landholders in the United States, which include Weyerhaeuser, Ralston Purina, Bass Brothers and Brannager. Mr. Smith has been involved with some of the most successful planned communities in the U.S.A. including St. James Plantation, Landfall, Pinehurst National, Governors Club, Lake Las Vegas and recently The Cliffs Communities. Founded in 1991, The Cliffs Communities, Inc. is a company devoted to the development of luxury residential communities within the United States and other properties around the world.

Gordon D. Ewart
Chairman & Director

Mr. Ewart is the Chairman of Global (GMPC) Holdings Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange traded Canadian merchant bank. He was a co-founder of Quest Capital Corp., a TSX traded Canadian merchant bank with approximately $100 million in assets. Mr. Ewart has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. During this time he co-founded three merchant banks, two of which were based in Toronto and one of which were based in Bermuda. The merchant banks, Resource Capital International Limited, Paramount Funding Corporation and Grafco Limited were involved in all aspects of corporate and developmental finance for Canadian industrial and natural resource companies.

Christopher A. Carmichael
Chief Financial Officer & Director

Mr. Carmichael has been the Chief Financial Officer of GDR since October 2004. He has been the CFO of Global (GMPC) Holdings Inc. since November 2003 and for A & E Capital Funding Inc. since April 2004. Mr. Carmichael is a Certified General Accountant and holds a business degree from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Carmichael is a Director Nominee for one other public company.

Don Smith
Director

Since 1999, Mr. Smith has been CEO and President of Coldwell Banker Chicora Real Estate LLC, the largest real estate broker on the Carolina coast and among the top national performers in the Coldwell Banker franchise system. Coldwell Banker Chicora and affiliated companies have grown to more than two hundred real estate professionals staffing 10 offices between Little River and Georgetown, SC, responsible for planning, development, sales, financial management and property supervision of over sixty communities with more than 7500 dwelling units. Mr. Smith is also a director of Beach First National Bank in South Carolina
